Online English speaking therapist for anxiety, depression and couples therapy

Are you thinking about accessing therapy from the comfort of your own home? Circumstances that make online therapy a good option are: Expats who cannot find an English speaking therapist in their vicinity, parents who don't have child care or people who travel frequently or live in remote locations. FaceTime, Zoom or Skype are no-fee, internet-based videoconferencing applications that stream via most computer operating systems worldwide. My method

I use cognitive and behavioural therapy methods in order to help clients who are suffering from mental health issues. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is an established, evidence-based technique and it focusses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and beliefs, which are mostly at the root of any mental health issue. My therapy approach is positive, practical and focuses on the present moment. Continue reading: 

Duration of therapy:

Most of my clients experience a significant improvement of their symptoms after 3 to 4 sessions. Sometimes it can take longer, depending on how ready the client is to change his or her beliefs and subconscious thought patterns. Fees:
