I offer an open, positive and non-judgmental atmosphere in which you will be able to find the support you currently need. My goal is to help you understand and work through your difficulties without necessarily talking about your childhood or the past. I encourage my clients to focus on the present moment and to use their emotions to move forward in the direction of their values. Self-love, self-care and self-compassion are key to mental health and for keeping depression, anxiety and other issues at bay.
My main method is CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) which can be used effectively to solve current problems and thought patterns. Depending on the client's issue, I also use a variety of psychological methods, such as: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, client-centered therapy, psychoanalysis, depth psychology, mindfulness-based stress reduction and art therapy.
